Santoro's Italian Market Deli - Alameda

After our first visit we felt like family. Not to mention the sandwiches are this world. You better call early after the meatball lower part, go fast. Hands down 1 of my family lovers.

Really quality Ingredients for a one of a kind sandwich experience! Such a wonderful staff. They were swamped and still really made the effort with each sandwich and customer. I will be back for sure!

Best Italian Deli/sandwich shop in Alameda! Our first time there and we were received first class service, my turkey with pepper jack on seeded sour dough EVERYTHING is fresh!! The staff are fantastic, Heidi, Mike and RJ. They make you feel special, let us know best times to come and off menu items (hot food) prepared FRESH weekdays. We will return so we can try other sandwich combinations on their wonderful daily baked rolls/bread. *We were treated to a slice of fresh made personal pizza...hands down a great experience.

Great little Italian style sandwich stop. The owners are friendly and definitely has its charms. We stopped by on the way to USS Hornet and could t be happier we did. Definitely worth the trip if you are in town. Definitely better than Subway!!!!

Excellent Italian style deli. The food is great with sizable sandwiches! Dutch crunch bread and delicious cheeses available. The atmosphere is that hard to find authentic delicatessen and Italian family run business. It feels like a hole in the wall in SF. Make sure to order ahead. We hit the high school kids lunch rush and had to wait. 5 Stars ??.
