Tower Burger Co - Alamo

Outstanding burger joint with great Idaho potato French fries. Absolutely crushed a half-pound Bacon Cheeseburger and fries combo.

Tower burger is one of my all time favorite restaurants, which is why I’m disappointed in the quality of the food today. I placed an online order and when I looked and tasted the food it was just disappointing. Tower melt bread wasn’t even toasted, it was just plain white and patty lacked flavor, it didn’t taste like anything. Fries tasted weird as well as If the oil hadn’t been changed for a while. It’s disappointing to see that the quality of the food has gone down.

Very delicious burger ? for anyone who wants one with a more gourmet touch, I highly recommend it??

I usually rank Tower Burger's fries as some of the best in the RGV, but a recent visit disappointed me, with a serving of overcooked, broken pieces. However, the burger was good, with a grilled bun and crispy fresh lettuce.
