Smashburger - Albany

I attempted to place an order in the store, but the front door was closed without any notice. I thought I would call the Google-listed number, but it seems the store was open yet the doors remained locked. I noticed several other customers growing frustrated and leaving without making a purchase. This experience felt very unprofessional. In the future, I'll be heading to Clifton Park/Halfmoon instead.

I ordered from Uber Ess got a Burger Fries and a drink, but the only thing I got was a crushed burger really up to the name I quess and about it was nothing but ketchup then went through the app to see what happened she refunded me 5 mice who see a joke, they charge 3 for the drink and 5 for the frits very disappointed and not buy from here again

Service, food, cleanliness. It was all so good I felt like I wasn't a fast food type in a real restaurant. The guy who runs it also makes a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly.

This was my first time to eat there I would recommend the most finality this place, I have never had a burger like it from the world that was an OMG moment.

First time at a Smashburger. Found the burger to be pretty good, but nothing super special. However, the Smashtots were amazing. Ordered via the app and my order was ready on time and accurate. Would definitely come back again.
