It took 25 mins to get my food. When I finally did the burger was barley warm. And, the tots where cold and tasted like they were cooked in old grease, tasted more like chicken and had a dark color to them. Service wasn 't that great either, guy seemed as he was a little stoned ...

Used to be one of our favorite restaurants in Albany (before COVID). Now it's one of the worst. Dry burgers, never have onion rings..... it's sad to see owners let things go like this, but my guess is that this Sonic will be much like the Russel Springs one..... an empty shell that everyone can reflect on.
