Bidra med feedbackThe staff at this restaurant location is rude to customers. This morning, I was served by the shift manager who was very unpleasant. The biscuits and sausage I ordered were cold and undercooked. I have complained before but never received a follow-up call from the general manager. On the other hand, I visit another Bojangles location in Troy, NC where the food is always good and the staff is friendly. Each time I go to the Bojangles in Albemarle, NC, there is always a problem with the staff or food.
The beef rounds were drenched in oil and had an excessive amount of pepper on them. The chips in the beef rounds were burnt. I called the manager on 11/22 at 11:30am and all she wanted to do was argue and claim that no one seasoned the beef rounds. However, I insisted that someone did season them and they were overcooked. This location needs a new manager.
During a busy time at the restaurant, my order was correct and the staff were very friendly. Despite two women customers causing a scene and yelling, the workers remained professional and kind. I commended the workers for their attitude and thanked them for their exceptional service. Overall, this particular Bojangles location was outstanding!
As usual ready to try something new. My first breakfast experience with Bojangles and was very satisfied with my order. Before leaving I did get my usual Sweet potato pies for my long ride home.
Honestly we should close this bojangles down. From the latest reviews, management and corporate didn't care about the customers experience. People want jobs but not willing to work. If you're just going to be rude then stay home. We need to strike thisbusiness closed and open something better. Racial discrimination is being allowed here.
