Mcdonald's - ALBION

This experience probably won't deter us from going back, as kids will be kids, and sooner or later one of my two children will ask to go again. However, we will definitely be more cautious in the future. Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the option for extra fries! I’m not sure what’s happened to this location, but they really need a complete overhaul. I’ve never experienced such inconsistently prepared food. The chicken nuggets were burnt, and when I mentioned it, they casually responded that the oil just needed to be changed, but they couldn't do it that day. That’s unacceptable! I was shortchanged $20 by the cashier, and when I brought it to the manager's attention, they accused me of losing the money. This situation escalated to the point where I had to call the police. Unfortunately, they refused to review the security footage. As a result, I will be filing criminal charges against both the cashier and the manager.

Normally, McDonald's is one of my kids' favorite on-the-run dinner stops. However, the night we stopped at the one in Albion, my daughter must've got a bad batch of nuggets. She had one that was like twice the size of the rest, took one bite told me it tasted funny so I threw it out. By the time we got home, 30 minutes away, poor girl was vomiting ended up with food poisoning for the rest of the week. Today was her 1st day without any symptoms since then. It probably won't stop us from ever returning because, let's face it, kids are kids eventually one of my 2 will demand it again eventually. But we'll probably be far more cautious from now on. Kid-friendliness: The extra fries options is my daughter's favorite!
