Runza - ALBION

There is a woman who works here, and she's absolutely fantastic with my children! I tried to find her name, but she didn't have a name tag. The customer service at this place is outstanding! A big thank you to the ladies who added sprinkles to my little one's ice cream!

The young man named John who took our order was incredibly friendly and helpful! The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. As for dietary restrictions, the fries are gluten-free.

**Pros:** - One enthusiastic and friendly counter worker who stayed attentive despite the busy lunch rush. - The hamburgers came with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, unlike some larger city options. - Convenient location. **Cons:** - The parking lot lacks clearly marked exit signs, making navigation difficult. - Only one restroom available for customers. - The area for ordering food, filling drink cups, and accessing the restroom is quite cramped. - The French fries were overly salty, short, and cooked well-done. - Limited parking options.

The food was bad, only half a container of fries, that's with the ones laying at bottom of bag which were obviously very old. Girl working was rude and seemed inconvenienced we even stopped. This runza is not the one to stop at.Note: this is not the first issue we have had with this runza, the owners don't seem to care about their customers.
