Restaurante Bar Dona Leonor - Albufeira

This restaurant was very close from our hotel. I looked at it every time I'd pass by in the street. I tried to look for reviews online and there was a lot of them but only in Portuguese with almost 5 stars. So I presumed it was nice and a good sign. We decided to give it a go, and no regrets at all. Friendly staff, a lady there spoke a little of English, delicious local food and very cheap. Had the Octopus with rice and it was so goood! I highly recommend this place to discover real local food. It's a little walk up the hill but at least it worth it more than other tourist traps in the old town. 10/10
