Best barbacoa in New Mexico hands down. I grew up in a Mexican family traveling to Mexico all the time so I guess you could say I know a thing or two about barbacoa and Barbacoa El Primo is definitely my go to when I want non greasy authentic barbacoa. Super friendly and fast service! Reminds me of home! Definitely recommend to all our family friends !

This place is one of the best restaurants in New Mexico. The service, the food, and the people. I come here every couple weeks with my girlfriend and it always hits! Chili relleno burrito is next level, and the consumé is my go to every time! Try this place if you’ve never been you won’t be disappointed. Appreciate you El primo ?Food: 5/5
