Kfc - Albuquerque

I consistently encounter friendly staff at this restaurant, but they consistently get my order wrong. When I ordered 3 grilled chicken fill-ups online for pick-up, I received original chicken instead. This has happened before, and even though my receipt indicates grilled chicken, the mistake was repeated. Perhaps one day I will receive my grilled chicken, or I may choose to visit a different location next time. When I attempted to call the restaurant, the number rang with a loud noise.

I am Asian and although I prefer KFC in Malaysia, I still found the taste of this restaurant to be acceptable.

We sat inside and it appeared that the restaurant was understaffed, as there were dirty tables and only one employee switching between the kitchen and the drive-through. However, the employee who eventually helped us was friendly and apologized for the delay in taking our order. Despite these issues, the wait time for our food was short, and I have no complaints about the famous bowl.
