Slapfish - Albuquerque

This has always been one of my favorite spots for seafood in town. I highly recommend the incredible shrimp burrito. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and the food quality is outstanding. Although I'm not a fan of soda, they have the best options available. They are consistently quick with our orders, and even during the pandemic, we received excellent service. I’ll definitely be returning!

I ordered the fish and chips, which were really good; however, they forgot to include the sauce. My husband had the shrimp sandwich, but it also came without sauce. The price was reasonable—our two items totaled around $31.

My wife must visit a nearby doctors group about once a month. Whenever we're there we also must stop at Slapfish. Great selection. Good prices. Beer and wine. Love everything we've ever gotten. Keep telling them to open a place in Santa Fe.

First, let's talk about the staff: they are incredibly friendly and quick to greet you with a warm smile. Now on to the food: I've tried both the uptown and Holly locations, and they both serve a burger that I can't get enough of – the SURF N TURF BURGER. Trust me, you'll want to come hungry because this burger packs a serious flavor punch! One bite and you'll know you're definitely not hungry anymore! The SHRIMP ROLL is also impressive – it's big and satisfying. I also enjoyed the clam chowder; it was delicious. Just a tip: bring a wet towel with you! You'll definitely come in hungry and leave feeling pleasantly stuffed!

Fish and chips were the best!!!! The dough was light and flocky fish was perfectly cooked and the pommes had a spice that made me come back for more crispy but nevertheless soft middle texture. Me and my mom, Dad were impressed. Thanks for a great lunch!
