Sushi Dragon - Albuquerque

Always looking for something new and on a cold day we found Gen Kai's. It was nice and quiet so we got great service. The tables were clean and the food was colorful and flavorful. I suggest taking the Art bus if work on Central it was quick and easy to walk too.

The food we got was absolutely delicious! My husband, who is from Hawaii, has been looking for chicken katsu and it made him so happy tobdiscover it here. The quantity of food you goy was more than sufficient. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because we didn't realize from the website that this place is only offering takeout currently. We planned a work meeting with our lunch which we ended up needing to do in our car as there were no tables or benches anywhere that we could use.

Amazing food. I will always come back when I am in town. My personal favorite is crispy chicken curry and salmon sushi.

The place was beyond my expectation. I lived in Japan for a few years so I quite know about the food. I did not expect much from the place at first but it surprised me. Food was yummy, price was good. Definitely come back!

The food and service here are exceptional. There’s a wonderful selection of authentic Japanese dishes. The bento boxes offer great value if you want to sample a variety of items. The owner is charming, welcoming, and more than willing to help you with your order. The sushi options are also outstanding and very fresh. Even the miso soup served at the beginning was among the best we've had. The restaurant has a cozy dine-in area and a busy take-out service as well. It comes highly recommended by patrons from both its previous and current locations, and I wholeheartedly agree!
