Kfc - Albury-Wodonga

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with very friendly staff. The food was fresh and delicious, and the dining area was clean and modern. However, they are currently only offering takeout service and the chip box was only half filled.

I recently visited KFC Wodonga on 16/3/2021 and was impressed by the modern interior of the store. However, I was disappointed to find that they do not offer free WIFI, making it difficult for me to order from the App for their special menu item, the 15-piece Wicked Wings, using my Tablet. Luckily, I was able to order through a friend's mobile phone instead. When I went to collect my order, I was given only two boxes, even though I had ordered three sets of the Wicked Wings for three couples. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation, and the staff quickly rectified the mistake. Despite this hiccup, I was pleased to find that the chicken wings were freshly cooked, crispy on the outside, and juicy and tender on the inside, making up for the small issue.

Many customers who dined in were unsavory. The service was shockingThe food was just as bad.

Rarely get drive thru orders right and always end up with no sauce or moist towelettes

KFC is KFC, never changes, but the service is deplorable, how many times i've got take away and had missing elements, usually the cutlery bits, but occasionally parts of the meal. Never leave until I've checked everything now.
