This joint carries the crown of the best hotel bar at the airport in the country... the jewel of which is the sweet, sarcastic demanor of the beautiful bartender, Heather and Tina two of the best looking, most dedicated you ever meet. If you want to talk about a beautiful long casting, this is your irrigation hole. The hotel is also very nice. Always clean and great staff. And the bartenders... I mentioned her? Amazing.

Thomas was amazing, basically running the whole restaurant, took over our table when our waitress found herself doing other things than bringing our food, give my boy a raise he’s an icon #mrman

A quietly understated restaurant that is cozy and comfortable. Warm bakery bread and fresh salad bar. The chicken trottole doesn't need the chicken. Although tender and juicy, the chicken has no seasoning, and it is needed because the pasta takes over the sauce. Al dente cellentali pasta holds a beautiful, mildly spiced wine sauce accented with tender spinach, garlic, chopped green onions and just the right amount of sundried tomatoes.

Very convenient for folks departing from TYS. Checked-in and dropped off luggage at airport counter and walked 5 minutes to Cooper's. Express Lunch buffet is great food, with salad bar, soup, a couple of entree choices and a dessert. Good quality food, even if entree selections are limited. In and out in about 30 minutes.

This was my first visit, and I decided to order takeout. I was really impressed! I had the chicken marsala, and it was delicious. I can't wait to dine in at the restaurant again!
