Chick's Restaurant Bar - Alder

Small town bar and restaurant in Alder, MT. Service was okay, they were out of steak sandwiches,a very popular menu item. My wife got dish and chips basket and I got steak fingers basket with tots. The steak was seasoned well, but dry on the inside.

Nice little bar with a good space and friendly staff. I really wanted to try a burger, but we got there too late. Will definitely hit it up again.

We arrived a little after 9 to get some food from the restaurant. Unfortunately they had just closed and we were starving. The very nice host asked the cook if we could at least get some fried food. And they agreed, thank goodness! So we went back into the bar and met Megan the bartender. She got us all fed and was so kind and helpful. I got the finger steak meal which was sooo good! Everyone there was very nice and treated us with kindness. It is a dive bar so it's nothing fancy but I think it was a good experience.

Had to wait too long for our breakfast but it was pretty good once we got it. Not hardly anyone in the place besides. It was a cute cafe.
