Kovan Korean - Aldergrove Langley

Very bad service first of all food got served after ages it took our order 50 mins before it arrived when they said only 20 mins and if you don’t ask for water or even side dishes they won’t give you their food beef and pork bbq was so hard..Never coming back here anymore!

The menu said that some of the dishes come with sides so we asked the waiter what the sides were and she didn't understand what we were saying. The food was pretty good for the pricei got the BBQ

Horrible service. 2 tables were seated and left cause they didn’t get served. Servers would rather conversatw with each other than work. Food is decent. Food took for ever to come, when followed up servers to find out what’s going on… their response? “keep waiting”. Never coming back. Would not recommend to anyone.

First time in Kovan, my friends and I went last April 8th. We thought our server is a newbie because she cannot even place the Hotpot on our table. My friend ended up taking the hotpot and put it on the table. Its also annoying that she keeps in walking to and fro in front of us.

Always greeted promptly upon arrival.We enjoyed a lovely meal. The service was good and I never felt rushed to leave when it was the restaurant was busy. They asked if we wanted more side dishes when we were done so that was never an issue. I do wish they had other side dishes to offer as the 3 options havent really changed in the many times I've been there.The salt/pepper and 2 sauces they provided were perfect pairings. The tempura was fresh and it was our veggies for the evening.
