Virginia Abc - ALDIE

The restaurant is pleasant, clean, and well-organized. I appreciate the variety of Bourbon and Rum available.

The restaurant has a limited selection. ABC should shut down and allow for a statewide monopoly.

This store had the only Octomore 12.1 available in all of Northern Virginia. I called around opening time to ask if they could hold a bottle for me, informing the woman on the phone that I would pick it up in the evening. She assured me it would be reserved, but if I didn't come by, it would go back on the shelf. However, when I arrived to pick up the bottle, I was told it had already been sold and that nothing could be held. Apparently, the woman should have advised me to purchase the bottle online. Now, there are no Octomore 12.1 bottles available in Northern Virginia at all.

I let the lady on the phone know, I will pick up the Octomore and purchase it in the evening time. The lady responded it will be on hold for me and if I don't pick it up, it will go back on the shelf. When I arrived to pick up the bottle, I was told it was already purchased and nothing can be placed on hold. Apparently, the lady should have advised me to purchase to the bottle on the site. Now there isn't any Octomore 12.1s available in Northern Virginia.

Staff is not knowledgeable of products and a lot of products are consistently out of stock which is probably a supply issue which i know is outside of their control.
