Subway - Aledo

This was not a great experience. There were 3 young men who were working. My nephew started to order and I had to repeat myself 3 times. One of the young men had to correct the other for what we wanted. As Another young man started helping me, he started to prepare my order, he got all the way to the veggies in my Chicken bacon ranch protein bowl. I asked if he was going to heat it, he responded ko and argued with me as to how it was fixed. I have always been asked if I wanted the meat heated. I couldn't continue the order.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I’ve only been here about three times since it’s within walking distance from my office and convenient for lunch. However, my visit today was disappointing. The customer service was not just bad; it was incredibly slow. There were about five people in line behind me, and even though I was first, they didn’t acknowledge anyone because they were too focused on fulfilling online and app orders. I understand that online orders need attention, but when there’s a long line of customers waiting, it would be better if one person handled those orders while another assisted the people in the store. Instead, one employee was overwhelmed with all the work, while the other just stood at the register, doing nothing to help. This lack of support not only showed poor service but also a lack of work ethic, making things even more difficult for his colleague.

The service was slow; there were two staff members, but only one was working. They were preparing sandwiches for takeout instead of attending to customers on-site first. It's frustrating.

The bread is often burnt, and the sandwiches are inconsistently prepared with either too much or too little sauce. Additionally, a friend who worked here before mentioned that the owner has behaved inappropriately, making unwelcome advances towards him and other underage staff members. It's clear that Subway needs to address the management at this location, as the situation is unacceptable.
