Good Ole Boys Bbq - Alexander City

We went here at 1:30 Fri, 5/13/22. We ordered 2 potatoes filled with pork and cheese, Coleslaw, 2 iced teas. The potatoes were huge and filled with excellent pulled pork, covered with cheese. We added extra sauce on the table that was perfect, only the correct amount of sweet, tangy, smokey and a little spicy, added the hickory smoked pig. We enjoyed this late lunch, have a menu and we will definitely return. They have to order on their menu before the time or day before, depending on the quantity to have them ready to take time to pick up and they post that some articles take 15 min to prepare what is reasonable, good food needs time to prepare well. Good idea to call especially large orders as it is near the park and the lake. The meal was worth $22.00 with taxes and well.

Great pig! I know most people wouldn't trust BBQ inside a gas station, but it was great. Beans potato salad and the Koleslaw were delicious. I was not impressed by the Macn cheese, noodles were boiled over and the cheese needed more taste (but I am very picky about Macn cheese yet highly recommended:

Where do I start? I was here after a local had recommended it and I wasn't disappointed. I'm famous from Lexington, NC world for his bar B Que, and this place was just as good! Great food!

Me falling off the bone the ribs are really good lots of good smoke flavor I've had a real they pulled pork and the and the homemade lemonade it was really nice and really good and the staff treat you with respect and fast and friendly service so if you ever down that way you should really stop by there

Oh the crazy thing about this is the picture on the menu look better than what we actually got I expected a little more out of my sandwich than what I actually got the servings the bread looks smooshed, But our waitress was very friendly and upbeat and you can appreciate that A tables were kind of sticky could be cleaned a little better
