Baja Fresh - Alexandria

The food was horrible, steak for fajitas was cold, onions and peppers was not fresh, soup saturated in container by the time I went to eat it. The appearance totally different than the advertisement

Just bought a burrito, the beef had slight stench and it taste of liver. A bit frightening, hope I do not get sick. Very dry, needs more flavor too. Would not recommend.

As much as I enjoy Baja Fresh food, the service their is something left to be desired. This review is not about the current employees at the store at this time of writing, but of the current manager. I am sorry to for the works that have to deal with a rude boss, but even more sorry to the customers that have to endure hearing his anger to his employees while they eat. This is not only rude, but unprofessional.

We visit the Kingstowne Baja Fresh for takeout at least once a month, sometimes more. The staff is always friendly and the food is always consistent. My go to is the mexicano burrito with black beans and extra steak. Very affordable and good quality food.

I hadn't visited in years, and now I understand why Chipotle has become so popular. The food is decent, but nothing impressive. Everything feels pretty average.
