We were seated quickly, it was pretty quiet for a Saturday night. Pho was hot, and tasted good. Their summer rolls were kind of gummy and the peanut sauce was more soy-tasting than Im used to. Overall, Id say the food was good. Service was ok, we had to ask for more water and they didnt seem super interested in helping.
The staff at this restaurant is friendly and welcoming, always with genuine smiles. The price range for dinner is between $10 and $20 per person. The food, service, and atmosphere all receive a top rating of 5. I highly recommend trying the Pho Soup.
The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious and truly authentic. I would definitely dine here again. The service was great for takeout, and the meal type was dinner. The price per person ranges from $10-20. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a perfect score of 5.
The restaurant was clean, quiet, and cozy with excellent customer service. I was seated immediately, given a menu, and had just enough time to decide on my order. The appetizer of spring rolls was super crispy and flaky, cut in half for easy eating. They were tasty and held my attention until the main dish arrived. I ordered the #4 Combination Pho with bible tripe and meatballs added. The large bowl of hot steamy soup arrived first, followed by a plate piled high with sprouts, basil leaves, lime, and Jalapeno slices. After rolling up the ingredients and adding them to the soup, it was a flavorful and delicious experience. The meat was tender, and even the tripe had a good chew without being too chewy. The portion was generous, and I was full by the end of the meal. The staff even made sure to refill my drink with ice water instead of sugary lemonade, which I appreciated. I will definitely be returning to Pho Factory in the future.
