Starbucks - Alexandria

Well run and efficient. Order ahead with the app to avoid the lines that sometimes get a little long, but not usually out the door. The drinks taste the way they are supposed to, which is to say they are good and consistent (not true of all Starbucks locations).

Absolutely love this Starbucks. Located in a super charming quiet neighborhood in Alexandria. My sister and I sat outside had a very relaxing coffee date. I had an iced chai latte, it was absolutely perfect for a hot day. The staff was also very helpful and friendly!

Exactly what you'd expect from a starbucks. Plus staff was friendly and efficient.

This wasn?t my regular Starbucks it is now. The manager and staff here are amazing , friendly and helpful and now I can add wonderful and honest. Last week, I dropped my envelope with my weekly pay I had ready for rent in the store and only realized the next day that it might there. I called them and a barista had found the envelope and passed to Hiwot amd Victoria the managers who kept it two days for me it would have been a really unpleasant mistake and this team really made my day. Thanks so much!!

Done with this place. Used to get good coffee and friendly service here, but no more. Staff is inattentive, if not rude. The last few times I bought coffee here I had to microwave it to proper drinking temp. A day ago, I ordered dark roast but was given medium roast without anyone asking me if it were okay. Then today I was served a cold cup of dark roast off the bottom of a nearly empty tank. I asked for it to be heated up. Instead the rude person who poured it told me it was cold because I asked for heavy cream. Which was ridiculous. The cream made up less 10% of the cup's contents. That small an addition could have been ice and it still wouldn't have cooled down hot coffee that much or so quickly. The place is an over-priced nasty dump. Enter at your own risk.
