Wendy's - Alexandria

Since when did fast food warrant a $30 price tag for a regular order. No one paying that. We ain’t coming back for sure. That slop ain’t worth $30

This is the worst wendys ever had to live near. This wendys engages in shady business practices and employs some of the most confused people ive ever ordered from. There is a person who will remain nameless that ive had to drive away from without ordering several times because they dont respond correctly to normal orders. Theres also an employee that will ring your orders in as medium instead of the standard small without being prompted and without asking. I truly hate that this is the closest fast food place to my house.Edit: huge improvement in service since catching fire.

There's a lady who always works drive through that is awful. She never lets me order my drink and just gives me coffee.

This place it is taking very long time for getting your order with out people in the lines

I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich, these used to be great but the last 3 I received have been so thin and 80% breading. They exchanged one today as I checked it before I left and it was worse than the one I turned in. I will not be ordering any more spicy chicken. Service is typically slow at this location and there is really 1 person on shift who can communicate effectively. I don't care if you raise prices to make a quality sandwich, just fix it. I totally feel ripped off !
