Maggie's Chicken Ribs - Alexandria

Horrible food service, don’t recommend if you’re looking for a restaurant to bring the family to. Went out for dinner with my boyfriend and his mom, who have been here before and loved it and tonight we were utterly shocked by the show of disrespect and the mediocre food we were served. Our appetizer came after our main course was uncooked, our gravy was missing and the lettuce tasted unwashed. When we got to the cashier, our so called “waitress” told us with attitude that she knew what she was doing and continued to raise her voice to speak over us when we attempted to speak. Very sad.

It was my first time eating there and it was excellent. Food and service.

I found out who manages their Facebook page, and I learned that there is a $7 fee for deliveries outside the city limits. Tonight, after waiting to try their pizza special, we were informed that they don’t deliver to far locations. Really?!? It’s only a 20-minute drive away. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

I absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, one dish after another! The servers were excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy. The smoked meat spaghetti special was enormous and delicious!
