Alex was a lovely host and the tasting menu offered was more than plentiful for our group! We started off with some Fried Mixed Olives and filling salads including Rocket Power which was packed with rocket, kipfler potatoes, ricotta, and cherry tomatoes. The Fennel Countdown had fennel, rockets and had segments of orange. We continued on with pizzas. First one was Beets By Dre. It is a cheeseless pizza designed for vegans. Topped with fresh produce of San Marzano tomatoes, roast beetroot and pumpkin as well as rocket, vegans are not forgotten about with this tasty pizza. Porchetta About It was a crowd favourite. It had wonderful crispy base topped with pork sausage, mushrooms, white truffle oil, and fior di latte. With just the right amount of toppings it was filling without being overly heavy. Great flavour. The other pizza was the Valetta. It had Maltese sausage, San Marzano tomatoes, and Maltese pepper cheese. Again the crisp base was a standout from the wood fired oven. A lovely duck ravioli was then served (duck is always a winner with us!) and it was pretty good but the sauce was a tad sweet for our liking. The dessert pizzas were definitely on the money. They weren't overly sweet and not the usual 'nutella' ones. One was the Portuguese Tart. It was topped with custard and was so yummy! Nice and creamy it left you wanting more. The other decadent looking one was the Rocky Road. It had the essentials such as chocolate, pistachios, and strawberries which is reminiscent of the actual rocky road. Topped off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! Overall we left full and satisfied. Would recommend to give them a visit or order food with them via the numerous online delivery companies!

???????? @goodpizzasydney ???????? ???? VALETTA: tomato base with Maltese sausage and Maltese pepper cheese. BEETS BY DRE: tomato base, roast beetroot, roast pumpkin, rocket thyme. PORTUGUESE TART PIZZA: house baked vanilla custard with cinnamon ???? Alex (owner/chef) is a Westy at heart pushing his dream in the inner city suburb of Alexandria. His venue Good Pizza has been open 2 months now and is slowly winning over the locals both in store and at home through all the available delivery platforms. My favourite pizza tonight was the Maltese pork sausage. Had a great saltiness against the sweet tomato base and really showcases what Good Pizza is about. Good luck mate and may the West always support the West ✌️
Here on a Dimmi half price special. While the service was a little slow to start off with and a couple of things not available the food was worth it, particularly the platter. Staff very attentive and checked on our meals a couple of times during the courses and seemed genuinely interested in our experience. I had the Valletta pizza which was delicious and my partner had the Duck Ravioli which was excellent. Good to support a new business in the area and hope they do well.
Freaking delicious. Only critique would be a little more generosity of topping on the buffalo and valetta pizzas. We had the Portuguese tart pizza for dessert and it was the BEST EVER! Never had a better dessert pizza. I was full and could have eaten another one to myself.
