Stopped by for a treat after shopping. Staff friendly and efficient. Glad it's in the neighborhood

Went to this DQ. Wasn't busy i was 1st in line. Waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Ordered med vanilla cone and med twist cone. Received a small vanilla and a small twist that was 80% chocolate. Very disappointing. Won't go back.

A must to get our ice cream fix. We had the banana split, oh so good.

Where do I start with the service. Firstly, why are they not using gloves when handling ice-cream cones? In the flu season and epidemic this is not acceptable! Another service update, I arrive at around 9:50 pm, 10 minutes to closing time, The sign says open, the employees are inside, I knocked on the window, they look at me and just keep mopping. where is customer service? i’m OK with them telling me they’re near closing time and not serving anymore but just to disregard a customer like that is disrespectful. Their ice cream is good but I wish they had more education for their staff on customer service. needless to say, never coming to this branch again. Management at Dairy Queen has been very poor this year.

I ordered the snickerdoodle blizzard. The guy at the window did hold it upside down to prove how thick it was. It was great till I got about halfway through it and then I found only vanilla ice cream. The first half was great but I was disappointed in the second
