Pizzeria Aroma - Alicante

We were looking for a place nearby our apartment for a quick and simple dinner for the first day of our trip and we decided to go in this Italian restaurant. Since when we arrived we noticed that it was completely empty so that we asked if it was open. However we took a seat and having a look at the menu there was no one pizza with Italian ingredients. My boyfriend ordered a margherita and the lady straight away warned him that was just wit cheese( we are Italians and we know well margherita instead I have ordered an Iberic pizza with a choice of iberic salsa or tomato sauce, I choose the iberic salsa but the lady told me that they don't make it anymore because nobody order it. Moreover waiting the pizza they gave us some complementary pizza bread bites which was very salted. We got the pizza... same dough ... We could not eat the pizza, too salty, then we had to tell them asking for some bruschetta( that in Italy is prepared with bread instead but they told me they make it with the same dough, so we choose to ask for the bill. We kindly said the pizza was too salty and we couldn't eat it and They charged us for everything even we did not even touch the pizza, not even discount or apologise ..at that point we ran away bringing the pizza with us(since we pay 20€ and then we throw them because was not possible to eat them. Now it's clear why it was empty!

We had lunch at Aroma Pizzeria at Alicante and we really found that place a very good place to eat, entrees, olives, salad and pizza were delicous.

To me this place as long as I've been gone, I've got a lot of it, especially the incoming that puts you. However the last time I was waiting for half an hour and no one came to ask us about the drink. We were tables all over the restaurant.

Very good attention. the letter as always an outstanding one. I recommend the royal carbonara with any of the pastas.

Pizzas are good, chicken salad and cheese balls too.
