Sabores Do Douro - Alijo

A no frills eatery with delicious home cooked meals. We shared a Refeiçoes and it was the best comes with rice) . The town of Pinhao is where the eatery is located, do not miss the little butcher shop in town well!

All had delicious hearty meals. Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Amazing views.of Duoro river and mountains. Had a lovely night.

Had a quick dinner here in July 2022. We had the steak the eggs. Both were ok but not great. Both dishes had no salad or vegetables, which was disappointing.

Friendly service, delicious food, excellent view over the Douro. Would not hesitate to eat here again. Highly recommended.
