The food was incredible. Maybe still need a little work on the “your food is ready” portion of the app. I revived my food after it had already been done, but was never notified. I finally received a notification THE NEXT DAY that my food was ready. Again, I love the food, but definite some holes in communication or just employee diligence with the online ordering system. I had even called and asked the employees if I was supposed to wait for a text notification for when my food was ready and they said yes. Honestly, if I had waited I would not of gotten my food until the next day. But with all that being said, I love Allegan Vitali’s food and am excited to see them hone in on their “new business model”. Love the new look, love the employees, just don’t forget about the customers.

Great pizza ,great service, they are kind of high on prices

This is the best pizza place in Allegan and they are the only ones to deliver as far out as I live. Thank you Vitales we sure do appreciate your service and delicious food.
