White Orchids Thai Cuisine - Allentown

Amazing Thai place in the town. I wonder if they have another restaurant near my place. The food was amazing and delicious. The people working there are nice and friendly. I went there on week days so got the seating right away. Not sure on the weekend if there is a wait time. Price was okay since food meets up to that price level it's well spent.I will definitely recommend Thai lovers to visit this place. You will be surprised by their cocktail drinks. I loved it.

I’ve been here 3 times and have never had a bad meal. All the food is consistently great. Pictured is the corn fritter appetizer (delicious), and the Green Curry w/ Chicken (also awesome).Food: 5/5

The food was awesome and so was the service. Perry provided us excellent service and made us feel very comfortable. There was a young *lady that came around, to see that everything about our experience was great (I didn't get her name) shout out to her, too!Food: 5/5

I have to say My husband and I have been getting takeout here and dining in for the last 7 years, and have to drive 40 minutes to get it even though there’s several other Thai restaurants closer to us. However, they started to sneak in a 7% service fee for takeout, without telling you ahead of time. I’ve never heard of such a thing and I am sure the cost of dining in surpasses the cost of takeout containers when you take everything into consideration. The food has also dropped significantly in their quality, and for $100 for 2 pad Thais, spring rolls, and fried rice, it is simply not good enough to pay that and make the drive. I would not recommend going here anymore, and based off the owners replies to others not do great reviews, he’s not concerned so long as he can keep sneaking in service fees.

We had a lovely meal and enjoyed White Orchids tremendously! Prices are a bit higher than the post but you can get a dinner (sans protein for $15 but most entrees are now $30+. The portions were more than adequate and my Drunkin ' Noodles with sea food trio was brimming with seafood! My husband ordered the fried fish (can 't recall the exact name and it was awesome and came with 2 big planks of fish with an apple slaw. We also had the Money Bag shareable since I had heard of these but had never tried them a bit pricey for 5 pieces (and why the odd number for a shareable? but very delicious! Service was leisurely but nicely done so leave enough time to enjoy. We sat out on the patio on a beautiful evening and were very pleased.
