Oily's - Allerdale

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time in years and was impressed with the high-quality, perfectly cooked food. The mixed grill dish was a great experience and the staff was very friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic evening.

As a visually impaired individual who relies on specialized audible software, I do not let my challenges overshadow my abilities. I visited this restaurant recently with a friend on a Saturday morning. Unfortunately, they were understaffed and the service was extremely slow. The manager, Claire, was trying her best but the lack of a chef resulted in a long wait time of 47 minutes from ordering to being served. The accessible toilets were also not well-maintained, with limited space due to storage of cleaning supplies. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant as they seemed ill-prepared to handle customers with disabilities.

Charming restaurant with a great atmosphere. The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes and good value for money. The staff was very friendly and attentive. One of the best meals I've had in a long time, will definitely be returning!

Excellent food, great price and really friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer meal, the quality of food was excellent and the meany had a really good choice.
