Bidra med feedbackGreat service and modern server with great setting. Only one was missing the wine.
Overall, if you've dined here a few months ago, you'll notice quite a bit of difference now. I'm not sure if the place changed owners along with its name, but the experience felt somewhat familiar, like déjà vu. The service is decent but not outstanding. Although they were busy, we had to wait a bit longer than anticipated. The food is good, but it doesn't compare to local chain restaurants. It has a home-cooked quality, as if it were made by a friend who’s a good cook. The chili was flavorful—spicy but not overwhelmingly so. The burgers, fries, and chicken fingers were exactly what you'd expect; nothing exceptional to write home about. The mac and cheese definitely tastes homemade, but it lacks enough flavor to be truly good. The steak was a bit tough, but the sides were tasty. The drinks were a disappointment; the soda tasted flat, and they had to prepare a fresh batch of tea because the first one was terrible. I appreciated that they offered to make a new batch, and thankfully, those were quite good. Overall, it's a middle-of-the-road experience—not spectacular, but not bad either. I'd consider eating here again, but I've found a new favorite spot.
I had a great experience at this restaurant! The country fried steak was delicious, and the service was excellent. Plus, the prices were very reasonable. I noticed that in Texas, they usually serve it with cream gravy instead of brown gravy, but I still found it to be very tasty. Although there is a bar on the premises— which isn't really my preference—it's located away from the dining area, which I appreciated.
We had an amazing meal! We ordered two steaks, tuna, and Alfredo pasta, and everyone was delighted with their choices. The dinner salads were outstanding as well. There was no room for dessert since the portions were quite generous. We'll definitely be returning!
