Dunkin' Donuts - Alliance

Fast and friendly even though this place should have a second menu or featured drinks on wooden fence

The Duncan in Alliance had a nice selection of donuts for the time of night it was and their coffee is some of the best donut shop around.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts, but two were missing and the ones I received were hard. When I called to complain, they explained that they were having issues with the air conditioner, which is why the doughnuts were not fresh. If they were aware of the problem, they shouldn’t have sold them in the first place. I'm very disappointed, and they didn’t offer a refund. I won’t be returning!

I've also been disappointed to find that they've removed the jelly-filled munchkins, which were my main reason for coming here. Lately, my experiences have been quite frustrating. While the donuts are, as always, fantastic when I do finally receive my order, there's a frequent mix-up with the drink orders. I understand they're busy, and the employees are great; they just seem overwhelmed at times.

Typically, the service is EXCELLENT, but this time the young woman at the drive-thru was quite rude, even though my order was very straightforward.
