Wendy's - Alpena

This was a great place to explore and hike. As soon as you get onto the gravel road, you'll be stuck until the first turn. It will be better if so on.

Yesterday, my family and I visited the city, and we headed to a restaurant. We were with a preschooler and a toddler, and unfortunately, they were out of ice cream. The lady at the register noticed that the kids were upset, so she kindly offered us a discount because their computer wasn’t working for the children’s meals. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and instead of cheap plastic toys that we'd usually throw away, the kids received a fun sun-catcher craft to make at home. Everyone there was very friendly.

I'd like to share my thoughts on the restaurant. The food was enjoyable, but there was an issue with the soda machine, and the drinks didn't taste quite right. I hope it will be improved on my next visit.

The salads are excellent. Dave’s double is extraordinary. The chili presents all the challenges you’d expect from a chili restaurant.
