Arby's - Alpharetta

The self-service beverage station is open. The Christmas decoration goes on, the staff is super friendly and the store is incredibly clean. They practice social disputes here.

Food /service was good. timing very slow. If you promote happy hour, staff and cook accordingly. Don't let discounted/ lower sales numbers upset your customers

It's well prepared Arby's food- quite good. Drive thru staff very friendly. Employees wore masks and gloves and appeared to be taking the necessary precautions during the pandemic.

Awesome Service! I was waiting in line across the street at the Wendy's restaurant as they were apparently having some sort of meltdown and the line was super long and not moving. I had a bad experience there previously so I decided to try Arby's across the street. Service was fast and the food was excellent and the best part was the server at the drive-through window was waving and talking to my grumpy daughter in her car seat and made her laugh and smile. Next time I am on exit 12 I will start on this side of the road.

Great service, and for all the truck drivers you can call and order your food and than just walk up to the front door and they will give you your food.
