Jinya Ramen - Alpharetta

I visited the restaurant on Saturday night with my girlfriends to celebrate the birth of my first child! We were incredibly excited about the occasion, and our host, Sasha, was extremely helpful and welcoming. She patiently addressed all our unique requests and questions, making our night truly special with her exceptional service. I highly recommend this place—it’s definitely a must-visit!

This was my and my wife's first visit to this restaurant, and we were impressed. The location is great, with convenient public parking, and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. The ramen at JINYA is always fantastic; I had the hot spicy chicken, while my wife opted for the mild version. We both added seasoned egg, corn, and fried onions to our meals, and I must say, the ramen was excellent—truly a reminder of my wonderful trip to Japan. Our server, Linh, took great care of us and was very friendly. Be sure to ask for her when you visit JINYA and don’t forget to leave her a nice tip! By the way, the parking in downtown Alpharetta is quite pleasant.

I stopped by for a quick lunch and was assisted by Michelle, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable in helping me select my dishes. The food arrived promptly, and it was fantastic as always. I particularly enjoyed the Tonkotsu red and the pork buns. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Michelle as a server!

The food was decent, but the service was suparb! The girls there are so nice it made me feel super welcomed. Our server, Daisy, was the sweetest. She knew the menu front and back and all her suggestions were pretty good. I would choose this location over all the others for sure.

I had a great experience. I choose the spicy cremy vegan ramen. It tasted so good. I am glad they had options for dietary restrictions. I was able to get my food quickly. I have to thank the staff especially Michelle. She took the time to explain the menu and give suggestions. She was kind and made sure to check if I needed something. I will make sure to return
