I've experienced this multiple times, including during my last visit when I was the only customer in the middle of the day, yet they still forgot an item from my order. They are located too far away for me to return easily. The food is good, but the service is terrible.
This is the worst fast food restaurant in the Atlanta area. Half the time it's closed due to staffing issues, which I believe is a result of the manager's incompetence. I went there for lunch and parked, but as I was heading to the lobby, an employee shouted at me that the lobby was closed and I had to use the drive-thru. I was confused because I couldn't understand why I couldn't eat in my car. When I asked for her name, she told me I could leave. This is unbelievable. Isn't this supposed to be a customer service industry? I plan to contact Popeyes corporate to see if they take any action. I will never return to this location.
This was my first experience trying Popeyes in the USA, and I was not disappointed. The 3-piece classic chicken dinner was well prepared, served hot, and had a fantastic flavor. I would have given them a five-star rating if it weren't for the long line. We're looking forward to coming back for the chicken sandwich!
I don't even want to leave a star. I understand that customers can be rude, but not everyone is the same. I was a turf and I went through the drive thru, the man was kind enough to tell me that the dessert is frozen so that it will take a while for the dessert. I said this would be in order, I'll go on and pick up another one who was away from her load and should come back and wait if I had to. I went back to the load and kindly waited outside for the other command. No one came outside to check me or say that the job is still prepared. I went to make the other order I picked up and went back to popeyes. until then it was more than an hour. I went back because I told the customer that I would. the hired were not. I explained that I came back and it was more than an hour. All I have was good for you to wait again. it takes a long time. I waited for 5 minutes and I left. I had to apologize to the customer because I didn't complete the order. I understand that this is a sub-paying job and ppl are rude and dissatisfied, but please don't be like them. I also try to make a living, even if I have to deal with rude customers and patients.
This has to be thee absolute worst Popeyes I've ever had. The chicken wasn't done, the rice and beans were nasty. Please please shut down and take a training course on how to prep the food. Maybe the manager at the location on North Henry Boulevard in Stockbridge can come turn this place around.
