Wendy's - Alsip

Went there at 12am for some chicken sandwiches and fries.... FRIES WAS OLD AND COLD never again ?

Very bad experience. The wait was too long and the food tasted bitter. Wendy's was my fav but this place just destroyed it for me. After the long wait in drive through even the food was trash. So many cars waiting behind us had left we should have done that too .Waste of money. Quality is definitely not their recipe in 110th cicero. Very disappointed. Never getting Wendy's again for they don't keep up to what they claim.

The truth is, the manager is such a rude person, he is a short Hispanic, tight and paunchy, he doesn't forget how he started working from the bottom and he likes to humiliate people. I wish they would change that person with a different attitude, a manager is better so that He takes care of the staff and other people, not so that he feels that he is the owner of the restaurant and that he has the right to make fun of people and feel that he is stepping on them and the person on top has a bad-tempered face. I don't know what they saw. to leave him in charge when he does not have enough experience and the ability to take time for other people who hurt

RUN, don’t walk. Do not eat here. The most unprofessional and ignorant staff I’ve ever encountered. The worst Wendy’s possibly in Illinois. They serve cold food, and the workers talk and play more than serve customers. The manager on duty started arguing with me, because they told me they weren’t taking orders at this time.

I pulled into the drive thru around 10:58pm It’s 11:13pm and I understand that it’s late and you all maybe short staffed but it takes 5 minutes for someone to take my order and then not even listen to me correctly. When I pull up to the window I am not greeted and my card is snatched. Worst service ever. Do better please. Got my food by 11:21pm. Still no cheese my spicy chicken sandwich. Will not be returning.
