Jersey Mike's Subs - Altamonte Springs

This location has provided the best service and quality. I have not gone to another location, ever since Jennifer and Melissa have handled my order, allowing me to be as picky as possible.

Placed an order for a gluten-free sandwich on-line. I found out they didn't have GF bread at the time. Brylee was absolutely AMAZING! He refunded me my money and gave beyond exceptional service. Need more people like Brylee in the world!

My husband I tried this spot for lunch for the first time and it was great. Clean restaurant (the ladies room too! , friendly staff, quick service, great tasting food. Tried the chicken philly portabella sub…delicious. Will definitely be back to try more subs.

I went in for lunch and had the pleasure of being helped by Bill! When I walked in there was only one person in the restaurant and 2 employees. As I sat there it quickly got busy and bill was now the only employee. She greeted everyone and was friendly the entire time. Even though he was alone he made sure to keep checking on everyone in line. After 30 mins of Bill being alone, another employee walked in to help him but she was not dressed in her uniform and had to go in the bathroom to change. It is hard to find employees who stay positive during times like that but Bill did an amazing job!!
