El Cerrito - ALTAVISTA

As a local, I have always eaten at La Caretta which is quite popular in the Lynchburg area. After my husband recently tried this restaurant with some friends of his, he recommended I try it based on the fact that he said the food is awesome. Well, he was right! This was honestly one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever tried. The Frozen Margaritas are off the chain yummy! The chips are not greasy and super fresh. And the meal was outstanding! I had the Camaronos A La Diabla and it was super spicy (just how I like) and fresh. I was amazed at how delicious it was. Bottom line: try this place you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Clean, friendly staff, amazing food, prices are reasonable, it's great. Gotta try the taco salad and the cocktails.
