This HOUSE is certainly not worth 4 stars! Unfriendly reception, much too little staff, which is not shortened accordingly (help?, partly renovated equipment. Quality of room service, beds looked like once occupied, two years ago there was still a river of water on arrival???? Only and only the location is good and the possibility of sauna and swimming pool area are positive to mention. Bittel dear operation of the house take these lines, it would be a pity if for these reasons more holidaymakers kept away from the Ertsgebirge!
