Osteria Ca Da Gio - Alto Malcantone

Due to illness of the cook in the village in front of it, we stopped here and asked if they would be open in the evening question: When and what would you like there was what there was, and that was excellent! The regulars' table also immediately integrated us into their Subito fever. Highly recommended, but probably necessary to book in advance

Stranded in the Osteria because in the neighboring village the restaurant was closed due to illness. Had within a few minutes something for food organized for us or cooked spontaneously. Perfect restaurant. Immediately back to what to eat or at least a glass of wine on the next hike! thank you very much

This was a real surprise and a great discovery for us. The manager is caring and adorable. His dishes were prepared on site and delicious! Between the plate of local hams, the trofies (or lasagna for my wife) and the little dessert, we had a great time as a couple!

Even though the bar was closed, the owner made us Aperol Spritz. Not even the issue that they didnt have any Ice was a problem, the Neighbour heard us and brought some ice for us to enjoy a cold drink. They were going through a taff time because the street in front of the bar was being rebuilt and they didnt get any refunds from the goverment. We had a great finish of a hike there, would recommend for anyone to do the same!
