Firehouse Subs Alton Corners

It was quite dang amazing that I can't say enough good things about this sandwich shop I had the Brisket and I'll never forget this epic Tidbit. From the first bite to the last swallow, it blown my mind. would recommend and will definitely return.

Incredible! The staff are super friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. It was my first time trying their dishes, and I was truly impressed.

Despite the crew that has headphones and doesn't recognize us for a few minutes, it was my first time to taste their food and it was great.

In there and very nice from the beginning. Food was amazing and honestly better than Jimmy John's and Subway's. The food was so amazing. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. This is a simple 5-star review and I will be back soon!

I 'm a big fan of Firehouse Subs. Especially that Engineer sub sandwich! This location has always had friendly workers when I 've been there. Sometimes there have been some long waits, but you can only make these hot subs so fast and they get really busy. My only really complaint is pretty minor, and may be a franchise wide issue? But I 've always tried to earn points with purchases and tracked them in their app on my phone. It used to be, any time I went into a Firehouse Subs, the PIN pad would ask for my phone number automatically to earn points. Now, it seems like it never does (at least at the Alton location) and I always have to remember to tell the cashier I want to earn points, and they have to key in my number manually.
