I recently ordered takeout for dinner, and while the food was fantastic, the service left much to be desired. I found myself repeatedly trying to call the restaurant, but it was incredibly frustrating that no one answered the phone. Regarding the meal, I’d rate the food a solid 5 out of 5—it was delicious and definitely worth the price, which was around $10–20 per person. Unfortunately, the service was a huge letdown, earning just a 1 out of 5. The atmosphere was also lacking, with a score of 2. Overall, I loved the food, but the difficulty in contacting the restaurant made for a frustrating experience. I hope they can improve their service in the future!
