Domino's Pizza - Altoona

I recently visited Domino's on Michelson, recommended by my friend dot_ham. I took advantage of a 50% off online deal for hand tossed pizzas, perfect timing with finals approaching at UCI. I placed my order for 6:30pm on a Friday for carryout. While the plaza was a bit tricky to find, once I arrived, the location was easy to spot. Despite a minor hiccup with locating my pizza upon arrival, the staff was able to find my order and I was satisfied with the Extravaganza Pizza I received. The pizza had a good taste, but I couldn't help but notice that the size of the large pizza seemed smaller than expected. Overall, Domino's has consistently provided decent to good pizza throughout my time at UCI. It seems they have a strong presence on campus, likely due to their delivery services. Rest in peace to their cheese packets and chili peppers.

I have to admit that Domino's is not my top choice for pizza. It's good, but not the best in my opinion, even compared to other chain restaurants. However, I give them 5 stars because of the great specials they offer and the convenience of their stores. I recently started using their online ordering system, which I think is the best I've ever seen. It's user-friendly and easy to customize your pizzas and sides just the way you like them, with options like light sauce or extra cheese that you may not find elsewhere. The cartoon pizza on the screen loading up with your chosen toppings is a fun touch. They also have a variety of coupons available, making it easy to find a deal on the items you want. Plus, every time you order, you earn points that can be redeemed for free items in the future. After just 3 orders, I had enough points for a free order of cheesy bread. The delivery time estimate was accurate, and you also have the option to pick up your order to save on delivery fees. I recommend trying the thin crust pizza with light sauce for a crisp, light, and delicious option, along with their cheesy bread as a tasty side dish.

I enjoy using the app to order and picking up my food curbside. I just wish I lived closer so I could have it delivered. However, I don't mind because the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

I really enjoyed my meal at this restaurant. I ordered the steak Alfredo pasta with spinach and the chicken Alfredo pizza with spinach, but unfortunately couldn't finish everything. The pasta was very filling, but I will definitely be ordering it again in the future. The delivery man who brought my pizza was also very friendly!

The staff at this restaurant are always very friendly, helpful, and kind. The pizza is delicious and well-prepared. It is one of the few places where I can find a gluten-free option. Thank you for the excellent service!
