Bidra med feedbackI'm a 53-year-old woman with disabilities, and I recently visited the area for treatment at UPMC. While I was there, I stopped by the bar but had a very disappointing experience. The owner/operator was incredibly rude to me after I had spent over $135 at their establishment. To make matters worse, I injured myself on my way out, and they refused to assist me. Erica, I’m not sure how you've managed to keep your business running for 11 years with such treatment. I'll be in touch soon, and I'll be on the lookout for a new, nicer place to go!
The first thing I noticed was that the bartender seems to play favorites, showing little regard for customers like myself. Despite the amount of money I've spent at this bar, she didn’t take the time to inquire or engage with me about my experience. When I tried to address my concerns politely and respectfully, I thought we could have a constructive conversation. However, when I returned three weeks later, I was treated poorly again, which left a bad impression. Overall, it feels like the staff needs to improve their customer service skills.

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a front. I drank there one snowy night when I couldn't drive up the insanely steep hill to my home. There was an older woman who really wanted to get down. I hope she found the person she was after. God bless.
