Pizza Hut - Altoona

The service was exceptional, the food arrived promptly, and the lunch menu offered great prices.

Typically, I have a great experience here. However, this time there were several issues. The driver received the wrong address, and the pizza wasn't very hot when it arrived. Additionally, there were problems with the pizza itself: the sauce was mainly on the edges, there was barely any pepperoni, the bacon on one side was minimal, and the sausage seemed to be scattered haphazardly instead of being placed on the designated side.

Great Service when all the rest of Altoona was shutting down and heading home because of The Storm passing through; temp was right at 0 degrees, wind at 20-25 mph. Pizza was great also!

I've always enjoyed Pizza Hut; their pizzas and pastas are really good. Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience this time. I specifically ordered a thin and crispy crust, but I received a hand-tossed crust instead. Due to my recent surgery, I can only eat the thin crust. I also used my rewards points for the order, which feels like a waste now.

I ordered a pan pizza (my favorite) and was somewhat disappointed in it this time. The crust was very dry and the toppings were more sparse than in my previous orders. On the plus side, the delivery was quick and the delivery person was very courteous and professional!
