Sheetz - Altoona

I quit almost every day. It's not for smoke or allcohol. I have two of them. I was sitting here. I thought and used free Wi-Fi there to wonder into a bad situation. Sometimes I find joy in the smallest pleasures. I have to invest food brands on a food list in the next few months to keep my home. God wants me to have a place to make my own milkshakes and call home

The Sheetz at this location is great!! It has all the bells and whistles that you look for at Sheetz i.e. lottery, the ready made section, and of course coffee and freeze drinks. It's located at a busy intersection but has plenty of entry ways and exits for easy access to the store. The staff is also friendly and always their to help. Love it!!

The manager I spoke to on the phone was very nice, but I was frustrated that they decided to leave during the busy rush hour without ensuring my food was made correctly. The customer service was extremely poor! If you work in customer service, you should never treat people like they’re beneath you. I will never spend another dime at Sheetz, and believe me, I used to spend a lot of money there. This incident occurred at the Sheetz on Chestnut Ave in Altoona, PA.

I will go out of my way to go to this Sheetz because they seem to have the best food service than any other one! Not sure why their food seems to taste way better than all the other sheets! All their EMPLOYEES have the best personalities and senses of humors-that brings customer's back!

Extremely dirty store, with matching employees. I don't think I've ever been in this store where there has been a nice person working, and wasn't a drug deal going out in the parking lot. This is probably one of the worst locations Sheetz could have selected to build a store. I get they wanted to be right by the hospital, but they need to step up their customer service game at this location.
