Il Fornello has been a long time favorite in Toscana. The food and ambience are wonderful. Host Gabrielle, also the manager and Chef, is always accommodating. The food selection is excellent and well prepared. They will make recommendations based on your preferences. One of my favorite 'primi piati ' dishes is spagetti Carbonara. Not everyone 's favorite necessarily, but you will enjoy this rustic classic.
We were fortunate to have a local friend provide us a recommendation, and join us for our last night in the area. We dined in many wonderful places our trip, and this was definitely in the top echelon. The cuisine was superb, and the service was great. If you are trying to decide about dining here commit. You will not regret it.
Se davvero vuoi deliziarti con prelibatezze di ogni genere, sei capitato nel posto giusto! Pesce cucinato divinamente, materie prime di altissima qualità, primi piatti fatti a mano che parlano, tanto sono buoni! ottimo anche il secondo e delicato dessert! complimenti a gabriele e il suo personale adorabile per la passione e l'amore che messo in qs lavoro!
