Frankie Benny's Altrincham

Upon arriving at the restaurant with a reservation, we were informed that they had stopped serving. I understand it was New Year's Eve, but I don’t see the point of making a reservation if that was the case. I then went online and booked a table at TGI Fridays, where I had a fantastic experience. I won't be returning to Frankie and Benny's.

The restaurant was empty, and the service was incredibly slow. The food tasted as if it had been pre-cooked and reheated. It was overpriced as well. I would recommend avoiding this place altogether.
